But first, what is ESD? ...

"ESD" is an acronym for "Education for Sustainable Development." It is an approach to learning, introduced by UNESCO, to provide students with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to contribute to a more sustainable future. If you agree that your students can make a positive impact in the world from a young age, then you should be integrating Education for Sustainable Development into your school system.

Why integrate ESD into your school?

  • Sustainable development is a crucial global issue, and Africa is no exception.
